Deeley Fabbri Sellen was established in 1979, and the firm has grown strategically to our present complement of fifteen lawyers. We believe that our size allows the firm to achieve a balance, being large enough to have lawyers specializing in each major area of law, and still small enough to ensure that we are accessible and that each client, lawyer, and staff member is individually valued and able to contribute to the firm.
Our firm is quite unique in its approach to the practice of law. We recognize that the business of running a legal practice is enhanced and strengthened by a healthy balance with family, community and social/recreational activities. We are a collegial group that meets once a week to discuss files as well as the business and professional matters that affect the firm. We also plan regular lunches, baseball games, golf tournaments and other social activities. The firm holds a yearly retreat during which all lawyers and articling students discuss the past year's performance, the coming year's expectations, and future goals and development of the firm. We work together as a team and this is felt daily in our work environment.
