Practice Scope
The diversity in experience and areas of practice within our Civil Litigation Group enables us to provide extensive services in all areas of litigation. This diversity also allows us to represent our clients at all levels of court from Small Claims matters through to the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition, we represent our clients before all tribunals and regulatory bodies in Manitoba, all Federal courts and with respect to various alternative dispute resolution processes.
