    Areas of Focus:

    John focuses on providing practical, expert advice to established and growing businesses and non-profit organizations, working to integrate his legal perspective with the range of other disciplines that his clients require to pursue and achieve their objectives.

    John assists his clients with secured financings, corporate organization and governance, shareholder and partnership relations, business acquisitions and divestitures, commercial real estate transactions, and leasing.

    He also assists clients with real estate transactions and succession planning, wills and the administration of estates.
