- Mark’s practice encompasses civil and administrative litigation, with particular emphasis in labour/management relations, employment disputes, wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, as well as professional disciplinary proceedings

- Council Member, Manitoba Bar Association
- Member, Manitoba Bar Association and volunteer for various activities, and currently sits on the committee organizing the Mid-Winter Conference
- Co-Chair of the Constitutional and Human Rights Sub-section of the Manitoba Bar Association
- Member of various Law Society of Manitoba committees including Equity Committee (past), a Practice and Ethics Committee charged with revising the Manitoba Code of Professional Conduct (past), a special Committee charged with addressing the independence of the legal profession (past), and currently serves on the Admissions and Education Committee
- Guest Presenter of various forums and a Sessional Lecturer for the Solicitors Transactions course at the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Law
In the community:
- Committed volunteer performer in the fundraising productions of the Manitoba Theatre Centre from 1999 to the present, including One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Cabaret, A Midsummer Night's Dream and the recent production of Chicago
