- Jessica D. T. Hall has joined the firm as an Associate, practicing in the areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation.
- Kerry L. Unruh has been appointed an independent special prosecutor by the Attorney General of Manitoba to prosecute criminal matters involving police officers, crown employees, and matters of government conflict.
- Norman R. Piel has been elected President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Meadowood Manor Foundation Inc., effective June 22, 2009. Meadowood Manor Foundation Inc. raises funds for the support of Meadowood Manor Personal Care Home & Elderly Persons Housing Complex located in St. Vital.
- Anita Loster has been named as the firm's Chief Operating Officer effective July 1, 2009. The appointment occurs as a result of a reorganization of the firm's management structure, which also took effect on the same date. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Loster has served as the firm's Office Manager since 1994.
