    Wills / Estates & Trust Law

    Our Wills/Estates & Trust Law Group assists our clients with various aspects of their personal financial and estate planning, including:
    • Preparation of wills, enduring or springing powers of attorney, and health care directives;

    • The formation of trusts, including protective, discretionary, and inter vivos (living), and testamentary (under a will) trusts;

    • Establishment of charitable bequests;

    • And any other legal documents that may be appropriate to particular circumstances.

    We advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries involved with the administration of estates and trusts regarding their rights and obligations. We assist executors and administrators handling or managing estates, including: obtaining formal probate, gathering and handling of estate assets, transferring and disposing of assets, accounting to beneficiaries and ultimately final distribution. We also guide our clients through disputes and litigation related to trusts and estates as they arise.

    Although, all members of Deeley Fabbri Sellen handle Wills and Estate matters from time to time, a number of our lawyers are part of our Wills, Estates and Trust Law group. In addition to providing legal services directly to our individual clients, some are regular presenters at Wills and Estate Planning seminars offered by larger employers and various government departments as part of their pre-retirement programs.
