Olivia A. Duncan

Olivia’s practice focuses on Employment Law, both on the side of the employer and employee, including claims for wrongful dismissal, review of severance packages, workplace accommodation, workplace personnel policies, employment contracts, Human Rights claims, and general employment litigation. Olivia’s practice also focuses on civil litigation, which matters include contract disputes, construction claims, negligence, estate litigation, and debt collection. Olivia has appeared in the Court of King’s Bench, Labour Tribunals, Federal Court, as well as state and appellate courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Following her graduation from the University of North Dakota Law School and her completion of the bar exam, Olivia practiced family law in North Dakota and Minnesota for four years before joining DFS Kaneski UnRuh LLP.  While in the United States, Olivia’s practice included trial litigation as well as appellate work in both the North Dakota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeal.
